1. Product Quality - The product that we sell reflects directly on us. If the quality is excellent, you will keep calling us.
   
2. Supplier Reliability - We don't represent a product line if there isn't sufficient experience by that company in the weighing field. Field support for the product is essential for our servicemen to give you the least amount of downtime possible.
